Dr Sarah
Dr Sarah graduated from Peninsula Dental School, Plymouth University in 2018. After undergoing her undergraduate studies she moved back home from Cornwall to Crossmaglen and completed her Dental Foundation Training in Northern Ireland.
Sarah worked in a busy mixed Practice for three years providing general dentistry, where she found a love for oral surgery and paediatric dentistry. Her relaxed chatty personality means she is perfectly suited to treat kids and nervous patients.
Sarah then moved to Private practice for a further two years and has remained in this sector ever since. Over these years she further honed her skill set in Restorative Dentistry, she has a real eye for detail and is particularly skilled at smile makeovers covering all aspects of Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding.
Over the last five years Dr Sarah has also completed further studies in facial aesthetics, medical grade skin rejuvenation, hair restoration and skin enhancement features. We can provide advanced levels of facial aesthetics within the clinic and offer free consultations as well as monthly treatment offers. Dr Sarah is currently completing a MSc in Facial Aesthetics.
Outside of dentistry, Sarah owns a gym in Crossmaglen, Strong Fitness @sfcrossmaglen. She splits her time between personal training and instructing group led classes. She also enjoys playing Netball for Newry Ladies. In her spare time Sarah enjoys cycling, hiking and paddleboarding. She recently trekked to Everest Base Camp in March 23 and is training for a Tri Adventure in Kenya in October 23.

I graduated from the University of Venezuela in 1987, and subsequently obtained an MSc in periodontics in 1990.
I have also earned an excellent international reputation in periodontology and implantology, with over 20 years of clinical experience.
I was the first dentist to perform frozen bone grafting in Ireland. My research interest focuses on bone-grafting, and I am currently co-writing an article on frozen bone grafting for a peer-reviewed publication.

Rachel
Rachel joined our team as our Front of House Administrator.
Her bubbly personality puts our patients at ease as soon as they walk through the door and her attention to detail ensures the smooth running of this multidisciplinary clinic.
Rachel obtained her diploma in Dental Nursing at Belfast Metropolitan College and has worked in private practice since.
Rachel first started in dentistry in 2020 working mostly at the reception desk before becoming qualified and assisting chairside in all aspects of General Dentistry as well as Oral Surgery, Implantology and Dental Hygiene.
Rachel is also a gym instructor and enjoys exercise and sea swims in her spare time.

Dr Rebecca graduated from University of Dundee in 2017 and completed her dental foundation training in Scotland. She then moved into hospital dentistry working in varied number of specialities including Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatrics and Special Care Dentistry, across hospitals in both Scotland & Northern Ireland.
Rebecca has more recently worked in a busy dental practice gaining experience in all aspects of clinical dentistry, but her passion remains with oral surgery and orthodontics in particular.
Her calm and caring approach ensures patients feel at ease throughout their treatment.
Rebecca has recently been accepted on the Masters Orthodontic training programme in Trinity College Dublin commencing this September.
Over the past 6 years Rebecca has completed a number of post graduate courses including Membership to the Royal College of Surgeons, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Teaching and Healthcare Management from University of Dundee. She has presented at numerous courses including European Orthodontic Congress and the British Oral & Maxillofacial Conference.
Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time socialising with family and friends, as well as singing and music.

Dr Lara
Dr Lará Armstrong MBChB, MRCS (RCSEng) PGCert Surgery (RCSEng), PGDip (MedEd)
Lara graduated from the university of Dundee in 2015 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of surgery. She returned to NI following her studies to shape a medical career in the field of surgery. She received her membership of the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2019.
Lará currently works within the NHS as a specialty doctor in the field of breast surgery. She holds roles in both postgraduate and undergraduate medical education, teaching the future cohort of medical doctors.
On top of this, Lará has undertaken further courses in cryotherapy and cryosurgery (treatment of skin tag, warts, age spots and milia, Seborrheic Keratosis and verrucas), Sclerotherapy (varicose vein treatment), areolar (nipple) pigmentation and scar camouflage techniques. She has a keen interest in the improving cosmetic outcome of surgical procedures.
Outside of medicine, Lará is a keen runner and enjoys baking. She is also an Irish dancing teacher.

Dr Cormac graduated from Queens University Belfast in 2008. After completing Vocational Dental Training in Northern Ireland, Cormac focused his clinical interest in the areas of Orthodontics, Periodontics and Preventative Dentistry.
With over 15 years of experience in both General and Private Practice, Cormac has gained valuable experience in a range of procedures and treatment plans, along with publication of research.
Here at New You Dental, Cormac provides a dedicated Dental Hygiene service with a keen emphasis on prevention and maintenance. His friendly, reassuring, and enthusiastic approach is invaluable in building up patient rapport and motivation, especially in treating children and anxious patients.
